Initial consultation

We spend 15 to 20 minutes understanding who you want to hire, the role they will perform, the compensation structure, and any compliance considerations. We will tell you upfront if anything requires additional legal review before the engagement proceeds.

Master Service Agreement

Both parties sign an MSA covering the EOR relationship, liability structure, data handling, IP ownership, and how exits are managed. No work moves forward without a signed agreement.

Employee onboarding

Blend issues the employment contract, collects required documentation, and registers the employee for PF, ESI, and applicable statutory schemes. Your hire is ready to start within 10 to 15 business days of signing.

Monthly payroll and compliance

Payroll runs on a fixed cycle each month. All statutory deductions, filings, and salary disbursements are handled. You receive a clean summary monthly and invoice us the employer cost.

Ongoing HR operations

We manage leave records, documentation requests, salary revisions, and employee exits including full and final settlement. You stay focused on directing the work.

To be clear: Blend is the legal employer. You direct the employee's day-to-day work entirely. We manage the compliance layer only.

Initial consultation

We understand your firm's size, client volume, software setup, and which tasks you want to hand off. No pitch. Just scoping.

Written scope and NDA

We define exactly what Blend handles, turnaround timelines, and review points. Both parties sign an NDA before any client data is shared. No data moves without this in place.

Trial run on one client file

Before going live across your client base, we complete a trial on one file. You review the output and confirm the standard meets your expectations. We do not go wider until you are satisfied.

Supervised monthly delivery

Work is completed within the agreed SLA, reviewed by our Chartered Accountants, and delivered back to your team. You review and sign off. You are not redoing the work.

Monthly check-in

A short monthly call to review output quality, flag scope changes, and keep the engagement tight. If something is not meeting the standard, this is where we address it.

Initial consultation

We understand your current payroll setup, number of employees, existing registrations, and the specific compliance obligations you are dealing with. We confirm what is already in place and what needs to be set up.

Scope definition and agreement

We define the full scope of payroll and compliance work, confirm which statutory registrations are in place, and sign the engagement agreement. If any registrations are missing, we advise on what needs to be done before we begin.

Data handover and setup

You provide employee master data, salary structures, and any existing payroll history. We set up the payroll processing structure and confirm the monthly submission schedule.

Monthly payroll processing

We process payroll on a fixed monthly cycle — salary calculations, deductions, payslip generation, and disbursement coordination. You receive a full payroll summary each month for review.

Statutory filings and compliance

PF, ESI, TDS challans, Form 24Q, professional tax returns, and annual filings are all handled on time. We maintain a compliance calendar and alert you to any upcoming obligations.

Delivered by: All payroll and compliance work is managed by Chartered Accountants. Monthly reporting is included in every engagement.

Initial consultation

Needs assessment and advisory report

We prepare a written advisory covering the recommended entity structure, rationale, regulatory implications, RBI and FEMA considerations for foreign investment, and the full registration sequence you will need to follow.

Structure and incorporation plan

Once you confirm the approach, we prepare a detailed incorporation plan covering all filings, required documents, timelines, and costs. No surprises mid-process.

Incorporation and registration

We handle all MCA filings, PAN, TAN, GST registration, and other mandatory registrations. You provide the required documentation and we manage the process through to completion.

Compliance framework setup

We establish your initial compliance calendar, advise on ongoing annual filing obligations, and if required, transition you into one of our recurring payroll or accounting engagement for ongoing support.

Pricing: Project-based. Quoted after the initial consultation based on entity type and complexity. No retainer unless ongoing compliance support is required.
